Lindsay Lohan will not be sentenced to additional jail time when she pleads no contest to a misdemeanor theft charge for stealing a necklace.
Lindsay has already been sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 days of community service for violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI case.
According to Radaronline.com, instead of additional jail time, Lindsay's probation in the 2007 DUI case will be extended by a year.
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Holley met Judge Stephanie Sautner on Monday, May 9, along with the new prosecutor on the case, to update the judge about Lindsay's intent to plead no contest.
The Judge told the attorneys that she'd allow Lindsay to serve her existing 120 day sentence at home with a monitoring device, allowing her to work on her film.
Lindsay's plea and sentencing is set for Wednesday, May 11, at 10 AM PDT.
